With a strong passion for understanding the complexities of our world, Habiba has built a successful career in geography, spatial analysis, and data science, all of which have been instrumental in her leadership role at SIA HILLS Limited.
Habiba holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and Regional Planning, which laid the foundation for her expertise in understanding the intricate relationships between people, places, and environments.
She further enhanced her skills by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), developing a strong proficiency in using geospatial technologies to analyze and interpret complex data—skills that are critical in the oil and gas industry.

She is the Director of Production at SIA Hills Limited, a leading procurement and engineering servicing company dedicated to delivering innovative and efficient solutions in its field. In this role, Dr. Victory oversees production strategies, ensures operational excellence, and drives projects that meet international standards, solidifying the company’s reputation for delivering value-driven services.
Dr. Victory is an alumna of Benson Idahosa University in Benin City, Nigeria, as well as the prestigious New York School of Interior Design in New York, USA, and Georgetown University in Washington, DC, USA.
